Like High Street on Sale – all in one room!

Our twice yearly Designer Garage Sale is a partnership with New Zealand Fashion Week and the New Zealand Fashion Festival – bringing the best in samples, seconds and stock from the very best New Zealand fashion designers.

Designed to be like a department store, this is a sale like no other.

Each designer has their own boutique, with their own staff, changing rooms and accessories etc which means customers can be served by staff who know the stock, the fittings and sizings for a better result for all.

Often the designers themselves attend and customers are delighted to receive styling guidance directly from the names they admire. And many garments are items from the sample rooms, never put into production, unique one-offs for the quick or the lucky!

And like a Department store, The Designer Garage Sale also maintains a single central checkout – so that shoppers can purchase multiple items, from multiple brands, all in one transaction.

So what brands can you expect to see at the Designer Garage Sale?

Many of our usual participants include Stolen Girlfriends Club, Hailwood, Kathryn Wilson, Chaos & Harmony, Federation, Huffer, Michael Pattison, Kagi, Sabatini, State of Grace, Lonely Hearts and many more.

In 2012, The Designer Garage Sale is again happening as part of the New Zealand Fashion Festival on:

Saturday 3rd March 11am to 5pm

Sunday 4th March 10am to 5pm

Limited VIP access for invited guests and partners from 9am on Saturday..
