No1. Rhubarb Lane 60% Sold On Release

The first building of the Rhubarb Lane development, No.1 Rhubarb Lane, designed by New Zealand born Ian Moore Architects and presented by Multiplex Living is 60% sold following the exclusive launch held over the weekend.
In the first stage release, seven of the twelve freehold ‘aPod& loft-style live/work spaces, priced from $699,000 to $1.035m, have been purchased. In all there will be six unique buildings in Rhubarb Lane, each by a different, internationally renowned architect.
