Icons and Egos Ready for the Top Gear Live Challenge
Feb 5th
With New Zealanders being arguably the most passionate Top Gear fans in the world, it is hardly surprising that they&ve gone the extra distance and created their own miniature version of the Top Gear Test Track, where our own local stars can challenge the leader-board in a reasonably-priced car.
In fact when Top Gear Live comes to town on the 18th — 21st February, the entire ASB Showgrounds arena will be transformed into a fully fledged Motoring Festival with a sensational live theatre show featuring Jeremy Clarkson, James May and our own Greg Murphy, a showcase of fabulous and exotic cars and an outdoor track where car marques, stunt drivers and celebrities will go helmet to helmet in a bid to reign supreme.

Top Gear Live 09/10 Tour Launches in London
Nov 13th

Segment from Top Gear Live London show
The Top Gear Live 2009/2010 world tour kicked off last week in spectacular fashion at London&s Earl Court arena. Audiences were thrilled by an all-new show, which featured more cars, more stunts and — crucially — more fire.
The audience witnessed Ford Focus RS& changing colour before their very eyes, constantly burning rally cars, the world&s largest interactive game, the world&s first indoor loop-the-loop, the Stig leading a troupe of world record breaking precision drivers — not to mention the ringmasters themselves; Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May at the head of the motoring mayhem.
The World’s First Ticket Drive-Thru for Top Gear Live 2010
Sep 24th

Date: Friday 25th Sept 2009
Time: 8:00am — 10:00am
Address: 379 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland
Follow that car! To the Top Gear Live Drive-Thru Ticket Booth where sales to the 2010 show go live before the rest of the country, and the world.
On Friday the 25th to celebrate the first release of ticket sales Top Gear Live will be providing New Zealand&s first ever Top Gear Live drive-thru Ticketek booth, so fans can simply roll up in their favourite vehicle, buy a ticket and drive off without leaving the car.
Overnight, a service station forecourt will be transformed into a ticketing drive-thru complete with Ticketek desk and a line-up of luxury cars — a free coffee for each driver to complete the package. What could be more convenient? And what&s more, those keen drivers who turn up early will be able to beat the official online sales time by one hour (official ticket sales to the public start at 9:00am) and one lucky driver will walk away with two free tickets!
We&re expecting a colourful sight as dozens, perhaps hundreds of drivers find their way to Mt Eden to get their tickets and experience a little bit of Top Gear Live excitement at (we believe) the world&s first ever ticket sales drive-thru.
